Complaints

Maintaining confidence and accountability across the register.

CIRI is committed to upholding high standards of professionalism, competence, and compliance within the construction sector. As part of its governance framework, complaints relating to registered providers may be reviewed to help ensure the integrity of the register and maintain public confidence in the construction profession.

The CIRI Admissions and Registration Board (CARB) has responsibility for reviewing complaints relating to the register and, where necessary, applying sanctions in accordance with its statutory functions. The complaints process supports transparency, accountability, and trust for consumers, clients, registrants, and the wider industry.
