Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is compulsory for all CIRI-registered providers. Each organisation must ensure staff maintain updated competence relevant to their roles and project responsibilities.
Organisations are required to plan, record, and verify CPD activities across their company, reflecting the collective skills of individuals across various occupations and levels.
CPD plans must align with identified needs, and organisations should maintain evidence of the training. Content should be directly relevant to individuals’ roles.
